Colombia holds a special place in my heart, and I cannot wait to discover more and more of this beautiful country. The town of Villa de Leyva is probably my favourite one yet with its Plaza Mayor, mountain views, and beautiful architecture. As the coffee lover that I am, the Coffee Axis (Eje Cafetero) absolutely stole my heart! There is so much to see between the coffee plantations, the magical towns such as Salento and Filandia, the spectacular mountain roads, and the Valle del Cocora. You really should not miss out on this region of Colombia!
